Who We Are

Outside of work, I try to live a life grounded in connection, curiosity, and joy. I love to travel, knit, and stay active in ways that feel fun and nourishing — whether that’s hiking, biking, swimming, walking, yoga, or Pilates. I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family or curled up with my cat and a good book. I also have a deep love for all things mental health and truly enjoy building others up — helping people recognize their worth and feel supported in who they are.
